Steel Erections

We offer a full steel erection service for contracts from 10 tonnes up to 2000 tonnes. At site level we operate from ten vans. Four of the vans are fully equipped for site works carrying all hand tools, welding plants, magnet drills, generators, burning gear, chain blocks, pull-lifts and kango drills etc.

The remaining vans also carry hand tools, burning gear, generators and magnet drills. We also have two 30t Grove and one 50t truck mounted mobile telescopic cranes, four new 45ft Genie 45/25 and two new 60/34 self propelled aerial access platforms.

At present we employ 30 thirty personnel at site level and can offer four erection gangs and four "Wrap up" gangs. All gangs can be contacted by mobile telephone.

Our office base is fully computerised and has the use of telephones, facsimile and email, therefore there will be contact at all times between customer, office base and Director-Foremen enabling response to be swift and efficient. It is our belief that having an office base and the seniority of working Directors at site level gives motivation and authority, which can only benefit all parties concerned.

 

Stainless Steel

After being contacted by the University of Nottingham to supply a stainless steel prosection cabinet we have since supplied many stainless steel items for various Universities, Medical Schools and Veterinary colleges. We offer a full design, supply delivery and installation service.

We have produced one-off specialist items such as a dissecting table with the tabletop capable of moving in two directions at the same time. Horse frames for the dissection off and two tiered revolving dissecting tables.

Our reputation is growing all the time for supplying all manner of items at competitive prices be they a one off or a batch. We offer a design service where we will listen to your ideas and produce detailed drawings for approval or comments.
